Seting of Alarm Levels: PH Controller with Dosing Quantity and delay
Lower Level Dosing Pump / Alarm Setting: Press the Set button once, use the UP and DN buttons to set the Higher level alarm/relay output if pH Value of the solution goes more than this value relay 1 will turn ON and provide its potential-free contact as output.
Higher Level Dosing Pump / Alarm Setting: Press the Set button twice, use UP and DN buttons to set Lower level alarm/relay output if pH Value of solution goes Less than this value relay 2 will turn ON and provide its potential-free contact as output.

Setting Delay and Quantity to be Dose

Set Delay Time To stabilize pH Value before Dosing starts: Press Set Button Three Times and set time in Minutes using UP and DN buttons
Set Dosing Quantity in ML for Dosing: Press the Set button 4 Times and set Dosing quantity in ML for Dosing at once, after waiting time this cycle will repeat again please note that we have to set Speed of Dosing pump 1st time accordingly
Press / Push ENT button once to save changes

Working Principle of : PH Controller with Dosing Quantity and delay

This pH Controller is specially designed for Best Results of Auto Dosing.By this Controller we may avoid problem of over dosing. because actual change in pH value of Solution due to Dosing of Chemical takes time , this controller wait for change and act if needed.
Hence We Have to Set Higher and Lower Limits of pH Solution required
Now Set Quantity of Chemical to be Dose in to solution at once and
Set Waiting Time after Dosing to evaluate actual change due to last dosing of chemical
the controller will check the results very gently and dose the chemical again if required
