OPERATION
Introduction :
while Magnetic flow sensors operate on the principle that the movement of a conductor through a magnetic field provides a voltage.
Hence They consist of a flow tube that generates the magnetic field in the pipeline, So is works like an electronic converter that measures induced voltage.

Hence 1.5 inch is a plastic body water flow sensor that contains a water rotor and a hall-effect sensor. While it is used for flow measurement for industrial applications. When the water flows through the rotor, the rotor rolls, and its speed of it changes with a different rate of flow. Hence hall-effect sensor outputs the corresponding pulse signal.

When water through the flow rotor assembly. Hence the magnetic rotor will rotate and Speed of rotor will change as the flow change.
While Hall current sensor Read the pulses and provide output corresponding pulse signal and feedback sent to the controller.
Then the controller will measure the flow and display the value in terms of flow speed and total volume passed through the sensor.
Hence these sensors may be used for water heaters, credit card machines, water vending machines, flow measurement devices.
