MCS has manufactured a wide range of pH Meter and pH Controller so Auto dosing of Chemical is one of the main product. But this controller used for Chemical Dosing and Buzzer sound at Alarm levels.

 Meter with 4-20 MA Output

Hence This meter display the actual pH Value of solution on its 7 segment 4 digits bright LED display. But this pH Meter is with 0.04 to 20 MA

pH Meter with 0 t0 10 VDC out put

Similarly pH Meter with 0 to 10 VDC out put, It also a good product of MCS having analog output and digital display.

This is most required feature in chemical industry to maintain concentration of chemical, and to maintain pH Value of Solution.

Manual Calibration at 7 pH

Dip the sensor / probe of pH Meter in solution of 7 pH and rotate the concern screw in manual settable ph meter and set display as 7 pH

Auto Calibration at 7 pH

Dip the sensor / probe of pH Meter in solution of 7 pH and press UP button for 3 Sec. Hence pH Controller / Meter will set and display 7 pH.

Manual Calibration at 4 pH

Dip the sensor or probe in solution of 4 pH and rotate the concern screw at front panel of ph meter and set the display to 4 pH.

Auto Calibration at 4 pH

Dip the sensor or probe in solution of 4 pH and press DN button for 3 Seconds Hence ph Controller will display and set at 4 pH automatically.
