6 LPH Dosing Pump
It is a Solenoid operated pump While Supply connected to It start to stock and lift the chemical; while we may adjust the No of Stroke per Minute by Rotating Knob Provided. Hence 7 Segment Digital Display is Provide. Hence its Data sheet as given Here;

KWAH or Dosing Per Ampier Hour
It is used for Dosing of Chemical in Zinc / Crome / Nickel / Silver / Gold / plating Industry. While we set KWAH and ML value for Dosing it works.

OPERATION

1. 1st of all Set the Amp-Hour at which chemical to be dose into Tank.
2. Now we have to Set quantity in ML to be dose
3. And Now connect the Shunt ends or Bus- bar potential difference to the meter as input;
4. Finally we have to check Ampier load flow through bus-bar at time of Setting, Hence now feed the value in Controller to calibrate / cross-check by the controller
Passivation Dosing Controller
Hence This Controller used at Passi-vation and Top cot of Plating; This timer start by sensor and Blow sound of Buzzer / Hooter as soon time gets over. While it Count No. of Jigs Pass through and strat Dosing. Hence Dosing Quantity in ML may also be set.

OPERATION

Passivation Dosing Controller,
it controls the full process of Passivation,
1. we set here 1st Timer as dip time in seconds
2. Buzzer time it works for hooter alarm after dip time is over
3. Dozing quantity in ML, we set required dosing quantity in ML to be dose
4. Repeat cycle we set it as recycle count to repeat the dosing process again
